Vintage 90’s black velvet pants with slits on the front of the legs and an attached tie belt on the waist.

  • Can fit a large with a more low waisted fit

Measurements:

  • Waist: 34” (can tighten a little with belt
  • Rise: 13”
  • Hips: 45”
  • Inseam: 31”

Model is 5’8 with a 26” waist and 37" hips for reference — they were much too big, follow measurements of pants for most accurate fit
