VIntage 2000's mod mini dress by the iconic, Custo Barcelona. Size small. 

Measurements:

• Bust: 32-39” (pit to pit — 32” relaxed)
• Waist: 26-32” (26” relaxed)
• Hips: 36” (no stretch in hips area / bottom panel)
• Length:  (measured in center of back from top hem to bottom hem)

Model is 5’8 with a 25" waist and 37" hips for reference.
