Vintage late 80’s / early 90’s black & silver sequin & mesh ruffle gown with a giant rosebud on the hip.

The tab on the zipper is broken off — the zipper still functions but is reflected in price.

Model is 5’8 with a 26” waist and 37" hips for reference.
